I tried to express the diamond hardness of ice at temperatures far below zero. This is my second piece following the same theme and techniques. Through making this piece I was able to explore new methods of construction and coiling using unusual materials. In my mind's eye, this work presents the image of a dress to be worn by a fragile fairy.
